eDocs - Frequently Asked Questions How do you enroll for eDocs? To sign up, log into www.corebanking.net. Click on the eDocs tab and follow the directions.
What are the system requirements to receive electronic documents? Corebanking access and Adobe 6.0 thru 8.0
Can both business and personal account receive electronic documents? Yes.
How will you view your statement or notice? You will receive and email notification that a statement or notice is ready to view. From the email, click on the attachment which opens up a login screen. You can enter your login ID and password to view their statement or login to Corebanking and view their statement under the eDocs tab.
How will you know that the notification informing them their “statement or notice is ready” is not a phishing email? You have the ability to provide the information that will appear on the message line of their email notification. By providing this information, you can immediately recognize the email.
Is it secure? The information is all encrypted. A customer or recipient must have a login ID and password to access the document.
How long will the information be on Corebanking? Statement information is available for 60 days and notice information is available for 30 days. You may save the information to your computer and/or print the information for later reference.
Will you receive a copy of check images? Yes, you will receive a copy of check and deposit images just as you do on your current statement you receive in the mail.
Will you still receive a printed copy in the mail? No, once you elect to receive your statement or notice electronically, you will no longer receive a paper copy.
How long will it take for them to receive their statement or notice electronically? Typically, statements and notices are available on the morning after the date your statement is produced.
Do you have to receive all of their statements and notices electronically? You are in control of which documents to receive electronically.
What if you change your email address? If you change your email address, please log into Corebanking and provide us with the most current information. If we do not receive notice, their electronic statement and notices will convert back to a paper statement. Can you send your statement and/or notices to someone else? With eDocs, you can receive a copy your statement or notice and also have them sent to as many as three additional recipients. You will assign the additional recipients separate secure login ID and password that will allow them to access a copy of the statement or notice only. |
