We, our, and us, when used in this notice, refers to Community Bank & Trust.

This is our privacy notice for our customers. When we use the words "you" and "your" we mean the following types of customers:

The information we collect is limited to what we believe is necessary or useful to conduct our business; to administer your records, accounts and funds; to comply with laws and regulations; and to understand your financial needs.

Nonpublic personal information means information about you that we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service to you.

Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records. Hereafter, we will use the term "information" to mean nonpublic personal information as defined in this section.

A nonaffiliated third party is a person we do not employ or a company that is not an affiliate of ours. This is also known as nonaffiliated third party, or simply, an "other party."

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

        - Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency
        - Information we receive as a result of verifying customer information

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

NO DISCLOSURES OUTSIDE OF EXCEPTIONS

Direct Marketing

You may choose not to receive direct marketing offers - sent by postal mail, telephone and/or email - from Community Bank & Trust. These preferences apply to all marketing offers from us and from companies working for us. To minimize the amount of telephone solicitation our customers receive, Community Bank & Trust does not offer nonfinancial products and services through telephone solicitations. Direct marketing offers from us may include information about products and services we believe may be of interest to you. If you elect not to receive direct marketing offers by postal mail, telephone and/or e-mail, please note that we may continue to contact you as necessary to service your account and for other non-marketing purposes. Community Bank & Trust may also continue to provide marketing information in your regular account mailings and statements, including online and ATM communications.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

We authorize access to information about you for only those employees who need to know that information as part of their job responsibilities.

We also educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy through standard operating procedures and special training programs. We take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce employee privacy responsibilities.

We maintain strict information security procedures including physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. We understand your concerns about recent occurrences such as identity theft, and we employ standard identification procedures designed to deter these situations. To protect yourself from fraud and identity theft, the first step is monitoring your credit and checking for accuracy. The law entitles you to receive one free credit file disclosure every 12 months from each of the national consumer credit reporting companies. Monitoring your credit for accuracy is an important step to take in protecting yourself from fraud or identity theft.

If you have any questions about the Privacy Disclosure or about the privacy of your information, please call us at 1-888-847-2265 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday. Each customer may opt-out of each direct marketing option individually. When you opt-out of direct marketing, your opt-out will last for five (5) years. After that, you may choose to renew your opt-out for another five year period. To opt-out please call Customer Service at 1-888-847-2265 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday.
